The brief:
Our client wanted renovations and extensions to their existing heritage home.
Materials were used in a sensitive way, to achieve a cohesive construction between old and new.
A grand new kitchen, sunroom and balcony were added to the existing home. A double garage with loft was constructed using hand-crafted red bricks.
Landscaping included tennis courts and a tennis shelter, glasshouse potting shed, fish pond, mosaic feature wall and cottage garden.
Local materials were used where possible, such as tessellated tiles and Mintaro slate for the verandah.
