The brief:

Our client wanted to achieve a contemporary feel, whilst being sensitive to the character of nearby heritage homes.

This was achieved by constructing twin two-storey houses with a cohesive combination of building materials, such as classic red brick and modern render and steel.

Downstairs features open-plan living and dining, bedroom, and a practical double garage.

Upstairs features light-filled bedrooms opening to a balcony. The comforts of walk-in robes and ensuites included.
